Each and every bottle of wine is nurtured by us through every step of the making of a fine wine. Sjoeblom is a boutique winery striving for excellence. The company's premiere product, "Chauvignon", will be its first release in 2002. It is a high-quality, sparkling wine with a distinctive flavour. Although it created using the Méthode Champenoise (the traditional French method), it is not made from traditional Chardonnay and/or Pinot Noir grapes, but rather from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, making it uniquely individual. Chauvignon is the first sparkling wine of its kind.
