		How to Join To become a Sjoeblom Winery Club member, simply fill out the attached form and mail or fax to us. Your membership will start with your first shipment. Every other month we will ship two bottles of our featured champagne to your home or office. We will automatically bill the $ 65.00, plus shipping and handling, to your credit card. Tax will apply on each shipment for California residents. All wine orders will require an adult signature. You may cancel, in writing, your membership after 6 months. Cancellation of your membership must be received by the 25th of the preceding month. Sjoeblom Winery promotes and encourages responsible wine consumption.
